I’m a passionate singing coach with over 30 years of experience in helping singers of all levels unlock their vocal potential. Whether you’re a beginner looking to find your voice or an experienced performer aiming to refine your technique, I’m here to guide and support you on your musical journey.
My approach combines vocal technique, connection and feel, performance skills and personalised feedback to create a nurturing environment where you can grow as a singer, develop your own unique sound and build up real confidence in your voice so you can love your singing and let your voice be who you are.

Who are These Lessons For?
If you are an adult over 16 and love to sing…… all kinds of Pop, Rock, Blues, Soul, Country, Motown, Standards, or want to try a bit of Jazz, then you are on the right page!
I can help you to get your voice, mind and body in a good place, teach you stylistic techniques which will make a real difference, show you how to overcome and challenge your insecurities to be more confident so you can enjoy and feel good about yourself and your singing.

Individual Coaching

- Are preparing for a particular performance or special occasion.
- Have an audition coming up.
- Need help with a specific vocal or performance area.

- Want to learn how to have a better voice and feel good about your singing

“Your unique singing voice is part of you and who you are, it’s how you express yourself, communicate and connect. Your voice is an instrument that is affected by your moods and emotions, mind, body and soul – singing is indeed a whole body experience!“
“It’s the tiny things you don’t necessarily or initially notice in a great vocal performance which puts shivers up your spine. My job is to make sure that the singers who come to me have the chance to develop the techniques they need, the confidence to use them and a greater understanding of how to use their skills and emotions in order to get the very best vocal performances they can deliver.”

Your Personal Vocal Programme
No matter what you want to achieve or where you are starting from, beginner, intermediate to professional level, I will build a personal programme for you designed to your own level and experience and set around what you want to achieve.
You will be fully supported through your journey. All the exercises I will give you are original and unique to the programme – you won’t find them anywhere else!
The Lessons
The hour long lessons will be in 6- week blocks – these can be weekly, every other week or once a month but must booked in advance.
The lessons will be take place in my studio in person with an option to have some one or two catch up sessions online.
The one to one sessions are designed for adults – from 17 upwards – no matter how old you are!
As a new student, the first session is a stand-alone lesson where I can assess your voice, needs and aspirations and we can get to know each other. At the end of that lesson you can decide if you want to go ahead and sign up for your 6-week personal programme.
There is no limit to the number of lessons you can have – I’ve had pupils come to me for a very long time, the longest one stayed with me for 20 years through his retirement.
